- What is the criteria for your 30-Day Money Back Guarantee?
30 Day Money Back Guarantee is only applicable for damaged or defective products that are not mail carrier related.
It is your responsibility to file any claim with a carrier for a lost or damaged shipment if carrier tracking indicates that the Product was delivered. In those cases, we will not make any refunds nor resend the Product.
If there is a quality control issue, we require a photo of the issue, and we will refund your purchase. If you have a damaged or defective item, please reach out to us here with your order number and a picture of the damage and we are happy to assist you. Refunds must be processed within 30 days of delivery.
All such claims are subject to warehouse investigation and sole discretion.

Because these items are special orders and the quantity, we print is based on what's placed during the drop window, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on “drop” items.
